At the eastern edge of Long Island sits Camp Hero — a decommissioned military base surrounded by fog, rumor, and decades of unanswered questions.

Once an active Cold War defense site, Camp Hero has long been the subject of local stories: restricted areas, sealed tunnels, and operations never fully explained. Some call it history. Others call it something else.
